At Be Me, we prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction. Due to the intimate nature of the Be Me Portable Jet Spray, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
However, in case of a manufacturing defect or malfunction, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues covered under the warranty, we will replace the product for you.

IMPORTANT: Order-related concerns will be accepted only up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
An order can be cancelled only if it has not been handed over to our delivery partner.
We strive to dispatch orders within 1-2 days, so we request that you cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing it.
