However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we request you to write to us at care@bemewoman.com with your name, order number, and supporting image(s)/video(s).
Your case will be reviewed, and our team will conduct a thorough examination to provide a resolution.
IMPORTANT: We accept order-related concerns only up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been handed over to our delivery partner.
