At Be Me, your hygiene and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of personal care and hygiene products, all purchases of Be Me Applicator Tampons are non-returnable once delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at care@bemewoman.com within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, and supporting images/videos. Our team will review your request and provide a resolution at the earliest.
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been handed over to our delivery partner. Since we strive to dispatch orders within 1-2 days, we recommend cancelling within 90 minutes of placing the order.

3. Push: Keep hold of the applicator. With your index finger, gently push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube
4. Remove: Once the inner tube is pressed completely, the tampon has been inserted. Gently remove the applicator
