Your menstrual hygiene and well-being are our utmost priority. Given the intimate nature of our range every item we offer is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This policy ensures the highest standards of safety and hygiene for all our customers.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different / wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at care@bemewoman.com with the details and supporting image(s)/video(s). We consider all such cases individually.

Upon receipt of the grievance, we will conduct a full and thorough examination and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept order-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective, different product(s)) only up to 48 hours from the time of delivery.

NOTE: Please raise any order-related concerns via email within 48 hours of delivery. This will ensure that you have a timestamp and maintain a paper trail in a proper format, which is crucial for addressing your concerns effectively. Please note that beyond this period, we will not be able to address claims.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed. It can be canceled only before they are handed over to our delivery partner. Although we generally dispatch orders within 1-2 days, for a seamless cancellation, we recommend doing so within 90 minutes of placing the order.

To cancel, drop us an email at care@bemewoman.com with the subject “CANCEL MY ORDER”.

For prepaid orders that are successfully canceled, we will initiate the refund process within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that a transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The refunded amount, after the deduction of the transaction fee, should reflect in the source account within 10 working days.
